Assessments
Assessments may be informal and include observations of your child, consulting with your child’s school, and completing questionnaires about your child. Formal or standardized assessments are used by our SLP’s to assess overall achievement and compare a child’s performance with other children their age and sex. Standardized assessments may take more than one session to complete.
Various Assessments:
- Articulation & Phonology assessments – CAB’s SLPs use a range of assessments to help identify articulation and phonological delays
- Language assessments – observes a child’s expressive and receptive language development
- Pragmatics assessments – reviews the way your child uses language in social settings.
