Pediatric Speech Therapy That Helps Your Child Make Meaningful Progress

Individualized speech therapy and evaluations for children with speech delays, late talking, language development concerns, social communication needs, articulation difficulties, fluency concerns, and autism communication support.

What Are You Noticing With Your Child?

Every child develops differently. Select the concern that sounds most like your child to learn how CAB may be able to help.

My toddler is not talking yet

Some children need more time, but delayed talking can also be a sign that extra support may help. CAB works with toddlers who use few words, are not yet combining words, have difficulty expressing needs, or become frustrated when others do not understand them.

My child may have a speech or language delay

We support children who are difficult to understand, have trouble following directions, struggle to answer questions, use limited vocabulary, or have difficulty expressing thoughts clearly.

I need a speech and language evaluation

An evaluation helps identify your child’s communication strengths, areas of need, and whether therapy may be recommended. CAB can help families understand the next appropriate step.

My child needs help with social communication or autism support

Therapy may support functional communication, social interaction, language development, conversational skills, communication confidence, and use of communication tools when appropriate.

I need help understanding insurance or Step Up For Students

CAB accepts select insurance plans and Step Up For Students funding for eligible services. Coverage, availability, and therapy recommendations vary, and the intake team can help families understand their options.

Not sure which concern best describes your child? Tell us what you are noticing, and we will help you determine the next best step.

Therapy Built Around Everyday Communication

CAB creates individualized therapy plans based on your child’s communication strengths, areas of need, family concerns, and daily routines. Goals are practical, measurable, and designed to help your child communicate more confidently at home, at school, with peers, and in the community.

Ways CAB Can Help

From Nonverbal to Verbal: PROMPT Therapy & Speech-Motor Support

Over the past few years, CAB has helped more than 30 children go from nonverbal to verbal. CAB has two clinicians with formal PROMPT training and uses individualized speech-motor strategies—including PROMPT Therapy when clinically appropriate—to support clearer speech, improved coordination of speech movements, and functional verbal communication.
Our broader therapy team also receives internal clinical coaching in speech-motor approaches, helping children receive coordinated support across their individualized treatment plan.
Every child’s needs, treatment plan, and progress are different. PROMPT is one specialized tool used when it is the right fit for the child.
